Lenwood Hills

Lenwood Hills is one of the older neighborhoods in NE Grand Rapids. It’s proximity to Orchard View Elementary School makes it an excellent location for families with kids. The houses are nice, but simple, and closer together than the houses in Catamount or Cielo. According to one home owner, she’s always had “friendly neighbors who help each other and laugh together.” If that doesn’t pull you in, how about this little fun fact: Lenwood Hills has been having a potluck, street-wide, pancake breakfast on a Saturday in early June every year for over 20 years! Nothing quite says “home” like a neighborly pancake breakfast.
