Springhouse

Springhouse is a lovely gated drive at the very end of Knapp past Forest Hills Northern. Currently, there are only five houses within the development, but there’s space for plenty more. The houses have beautiful, curving driveways lined with trees and plenty of yard. Right next to the development are forest trails owned by Lincoln Schools, but available for public use. Springhouse is a very unique little neighborhood in NE Grand Rapids–peaceful, spacious, and elegant.
